The window that opened added a good touch; it allowed fresh air to circulate, making the space feel more vibrant and welcoming.
I did notice the absence of air conditioning and flywire on the bathroom window. While it wasn't a significant issue, it slightly impacted the overall comfort during warmer evenings.

it was a good and absolutely perfect location close enough to lovely garden area and deloraine. also, the hotel was just a pleasant stroll away from pioneer square. ate at the attached restaurant with great service and generous servings.
Sadly, but there was mould in some areas.

We had a decent stay overall. The cute receptionist made us feel at home, and the location was great for exploring. Our room could use some updates, and the WiFi was spotty. A microwave and utensils would’ve made things easier with kids. Still, breakfast was a nice perk!

The rooms were reasonably sized, recently refurbished with a double bed, ideal for us. The people were efficient and excellent, will exceed the expectations. The hotel's position was perfect, so close to the restaurant here, Close to to town and Ulverstone for work.

I stayed here for a quick getaway with my 9-year-old son. The shower was spacious, and we appreciated the new air conditioning unit, ensuring a perfect temperature during our stay. The heated pool was a nice bonus, and check-in was seamless. Despite being in a busy area, we experienced minimal noise from neighboring rooms—ideal for a peaceful night’s sleep.
100% Recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay! The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly, making me feel right at home. The location was perfect, close to the beach and town, which made it easy to explore.
The food for breakfast could use more variety, like hot options.

we had a pleasant stay at beachway motel, finding it to be an ideal base for exploring the area. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and a leisurely stroll to a well-equipped kids' playground. our apartment was comfortable, clean, and provided all we needed, though the kitchen utensils could have used a bit more attention. overall, it offered great value for the price we paid and was a cozy spot to relax after our adventures.
Nothing, all great! 😊.

location, clean and tidy
Intoxiated youth in the room next to ours, and the inability of staff to be able to get the youth to stop making excessive noise, swearing, slamming of doors etc until 1am in the morning. A very dissappionting experience.

Enjoyed my time in the spacious unit with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable big bed. one bedroom was quite chilly at night, and the wash basin was too small for practical use. A lack of cutlery and powerpoints was noticeable, but overall, the cleanliness was commendable.
